    Our services are generally available through a monthly subscription or on a per-call basis. Some extended services are only available on a per-call or per-incidence basis. Per-call and per-incidence services are charged by the minute or hour respectively.

  • Basic Service

    Our Basic Service consists of identifying the location of a business or institution and supplying directions to an identified location. In general, a personal assistant will stay on the line until the client is comfortable with the route or location. When assisting with directions we always attempt to provide not just street names, but landmarks to help the driver identify the route and important turns. The Basic Service is identified with a particular phone number and can be contracted via a low-cost monthly subscription or on a per-call basis.

    In an unfamiliar city? Looking for a good restaurant? Suddenly remembered your anniversary is today and need a reservation or a gift suggestion? Our expanded concierge-like services fit the need. The Expanded Services are identified with a particular phone number and can be contracted on a monthly basis or used on a per-call basis.

  • MyRemoteDAD iPhone® and Android™ Free Apps

    If you have a smartphone and wish to install one of our apps, our services can be much more accurate and helpful. Using the MyRemoteDAD app, when you contact us we will have your exact position from your GPS information. This will enable us to give much more specific information regarding your query. We understand some have privacy concerns and our apps are totally voluntary.

  • Per-Call Extra Service

    MyRemoteDAD also offers the convenience of assisting our customers with a wide range of questions and activities. Ask. If we can answer or assist you, we will. This assistance can be as simple as asking a simple baking question to getting help with computer-related questions, including, at times, installation, or developing macros, programs, and web-based solutions. All of these services are charged on a per-call basis and we will not proceed until you fully understand the terms and pricing and agree to use this extra service.
